CAD DESIGN

We use the latest Autodesk Product Design and Manufacturing collection to be able to offer our CAD design services based in and around sheet metal design principles. We are proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor Professional using both packages together in collaboration to be able to develop  CAD design packages ready to hit the workshop floor.

ENGINEERING DRAFTING

Engineering drafting is a must for aiding with the manufacturing of any product. We can create detailed drawings from almost anything. We often work with architectural plans, notebook sketches or products that you already manufacture. We use our lean and design for manufacturing principles to create plans that are not only manufacturable but are also now repeatable.

2D TO 3D CAD CONVERSION

If you already have 2D CAD drawings and want to bring these into the modern age we are able to work you, using your existing dxf or dwg files, we are able to extract the data and transform these into working 3D models for future development.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

During our design process we will work with you to help develop your product using our industry knowledge and know how to take advantage of manufacturing process or technology to improve your product, this may be to reduce the amount of components, achieve better material utilization or speed up the assembly which in turn will all help to reduce the overall cost of a product.
