ConSpec Design LTD was established mid 2022 with a real passion to provide a quality design for manufacture service specializing in sheet metal design.
We use the latest in 3D modeling software to bring products to life, we call it digital prototyping. This speeds up the from concept to manufacture process whilst eliminating many possible production based errors before they arise. This process helps to reduce the often costly prototyping phase by being able to visualize a product design before releasing it into manufacturing.
We use both lean and design for manufacturing principles to assist with reducing product costs. We strive to utilize technology wherever possible to develop products that come together with ease.
We have many years experience in the sheet metal industry, building good relationships with people and suppliers, throughout our process we we do our best to ensure that parts are manufacturable as well as any materials that are critical to the product are available to ensure there's no surprises when it comes to manufacturing.
